Bankers Draft: Cash wired direct to our bank. We will give you the bank details at the point of ordering.
Ordering
We can accept orders by email, phone 01202 735300, post or phone (confirmed in writing).
All orders from small companies, individuals and other organisations must be accompanied by payment in full.
All orders from outside the UK must be accompanied by payment in full.
Official Orders
We can accept a written official order from schools, colleges, universities, governmental departments, local councils, large charities and plc’s within the UK that are known to us with payment in 30 days
Proofs
If you are happy with our quote and intend to order, we are pleased to do a “wet” or “dry” proof from your artwork. Initially we print proofs digitally – “dry” proof – these will show the artwork, approximate colours and size.
If you would like to see proofs as they would appear printed on your chosen label material – “wet” proof – we can set up the machine, print the proofs and have them delivered to you within 48 hours, often less.
The minimum charge is £50. Please phone for exact costing
Should you wish to make alterations, new plates or cutters are charged at cost.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the size of the order and how busy the machines are at that time. Normal delivery is 7/10 working days, however we always try to work with our clients needs, and deliver within a few days or hours if it is that urgent.
Our Carton size are 300mm x 300mm x 300mm and normally weigh up to 20kg per box . We normally send our smaller consignments by FedEx for next day in England & Wales.
Larger consignments are despatch using 1m cubed Pallets which are delivered by Palletforce within 3 days or overnight if it is needed.
